Not only is the Barcolana the largest regatta in the world, it is also an excellent opportunity to showcase the different facets of the sailing world: from Barcolana Young, the two-day event dedicated to the Optimist class, to Barcolana Classic, the regatta for vintage, classic and spirit-of-tradition boats, as well as Barcolana Nuota, Barcolana Fun and Barcolana By Night, which provides a spectacular show just a few yards off shore.
