Barcolana per il sociale (Barcolana for the Community)

A special day, between sea and land, entirely dedicated to solidarity sailing and social initiatives.
The Fuorivento Trophy reaches its 22nd edition this year and is organized by Overwind Sailing Team—an amateur sports association founded in 2006 with the aim of promoting both competitive and inclusive sailing—with the contribution of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the support of the Società Triestina della Vela and the Società Velica di Barcola e Grignano.

The main protagonists of the day are volunteer associations and organizations active in the social inclusion of people with disabilities, who will share an experience of sea, sport, and togetherness.
The day begins with the 22nd Fuorivento Trophy, followed by Le Vele di Calicanti. The afternoon will conclude on land with the eagerly awaited concert by the Calicanto Band and the final awards ceremony: a celebration open to everyone, to share and honor the values of solidarity, inclusion, and sport for all.
