Beach Sprint Coastal Rowing, a dynamic discipline that combines a run on the sand with rowing at sea and spectacular sprints back to the shore, will make its debut at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
In Lignano Pineta, with the Pagoda beach as its base, the Barcolana Beach Sprint brings a preview of the adrenaline-filled challenge that blends spectacle, sport, and passion. Athletes from all over Italy and neighboring countries will compete for the podium in an event that already carries the scent of the Olympics, while keeping alive the Barcolana spirit: celebrating the sea, competition, and the sharing of emotions without borders.
