Women in Sailing tells the story of the presence in Barcolana of sailors, scientists, women who live the sea with deep passion: giving them evidence and relevance allows us to show how the path towards gender equality - at sea and on land - has already started.

Together with our Presenting Partner Generali, we aim to inspire young women to take up any profession and challenge, because there are no "male" or "female" jobs, neither at sea nor on land.
