A campaign by the Italian Naval League in collaboration with FIPSAS, supported by the Italian Navy and the Coastguard, to promote safety at sea and prevent accidents caused by propellers, whilst raising awareness amongst recreational boaters of the need to comply with regulations and respect divers’ buoys.
